  • How can I place my order?
    You can add products to cart on our website, contact us on Facebook, or drop us a message over WhatsApp. We’ll just need your Name, Phone # and Delivery Address and one of our Customer Care Representatives will confirm your order.

  • Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?
    If your order hasn’t already been dispatched, we may be able to make changes to your order. Please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to help in any way we can.
  • How can I Pay for my order?
    You can pay through COD (cash on delivery) and we also have an option for a bank deposit on the website.
  • How can I sample a new fragrance before purchasing online?
    You can order our tester packs before ordering the full size bottle fragrance bottle. In this way, you will have a full opportunity to test our multiple fragrances.
  • Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
    Currently, we do not deliver outside Pakistan, but surely in the future.
  • What are the Delivery charges?
    Delivery is free for all over Pakistan!
  • How do I track my order?
    We'll send you the tracking link to your email address. If you do not have an email then you can contact us on our official WhatsApp number, and we'll send you the tracking link.

  • When will my order be delivered?
    For Karachi - 2-3 working days.
    Outside Karachi - 3-5 working days.
